We have a team of advocates who have a wealth of experience representing clients facing all types of road traffic law proceedings.
For guidance purposes our fees are as follows;
First Hearing
Our fees for representing at a first hearing are as follows:
Excess Alcohol allegations
At Bristol Magistrates court – £300 plus VAT
At Bath or North Somerset Magistrates court – £400 plus VAT
Driving without due care and attention/failing to stop/failing to report/general road traffic allegations
At Bristol Magistrates court – £500 plus VAT
At Bath or North Somerset Magistrates court – £600 plus VAT
Totting/Exceptional Hardship Hearings
At Bristol Magistrates court – £500 plus VAT
At Bath or North Somerset Magistrates court – £600 plus VAT
Included in this fee is – obtaining and considering the prosecution evidence, a consultation at our offices, advice in relation to plea, and representation before the court.
Trial/Special reasons hearings
We will provide a tailored fee upon consideration of the evidence in the case, the issues, and the anticipated length of any hearing.
By way of guidance:
At Bristol Magistrates court:
Trial listed for half a day – £500 plus VAT
Trial listed for a full day – £1000 plus VAT
At Bath or North Somerset Magistrates court:
Trial listed for half a day – £600 plus VAT
Trial listed for a full day – £1100 plus VAT
In relation to all cases we require payment of the fee in advance.
